The Trust has its organizational setup as signified in its Constitution. The administrative and overall responsibilities rest with Central Executive Council having 15 members followed by Council of Patrons comprising of elders, who have remained involved with the Trust for providing matured guidance to the Central Executive Council for carrying on its activities. Finally affairs of the Trust are reviewed by the General Council, a body of about 1300 permanent members of the Trust. The tenure of the Central Executive Council is four years. Till now 18 elections have been held democratically for electing various functionaries of Central Executive Council.
